Employment Listings: Project Superintendent

East Texas Bridge, Inc. is currently seeking a project Superintendent for heavy highway work in the East Texas area.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The project Superintendent will coordinate the project activities, manage resources effectively and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction operations
• Track and control the construction schedule
• Supervising all on-site trades and personnel
• Weekly safety meetings
• Communication of the project, change orders, milestones, and reports
• Help ensure submitting are correct and clarify answers are documented
• Daily reports and pictorial documenting progress and issues
• Ensure cleanliness of work site
• Thorough knowledge of project plans

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years construction management experience in field

• Working knowledge of construction process, scheduling, equipment, manpower etc.
• OSHA 10-hr Construction Industry at a minimum
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to report on time to remote supervision
