East Texas Bridge, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bilingual Preferred
• Process Weekly Payroll
• Process Certified Payroll and LCP Tracker
• Conduct orientations and process onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with FMCSA and DOT compliance and regulations
• Knowledge of creating and retaining accurate HR files
• Oversee employee benefits programs, including, health, dental, vision insurance and retirement plans.
• Understands compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
• Experience with QuickBooks and Excel helpful
