Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction operations
• Track and control the construction schedule
• Supervising all on-site trades and personnel
• Weekly safety meetings
• Communication of the project, change orders, milestones, and reports
• Help ensure submitting are correct and clarify answers are documented
• Daily reports and pictorial documenting progress and issues
• Ensure cleanliness of work site
• Thorough knowledge of project plans

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years construction management experience in field

• Working knowledge of construction process, scheduling, equipment, manpower etc.
• OSHA 10-hr Construction Industry at a minimum
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to report on time to remote supervision

Summary

The project superintendent is to provide onsite management for all phases of a project, including employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment, making sure all specifications are being followed, and work is being done on time with quality and on budget.
